Excellent service!

It was my first time ordering the a custom hoodie from this company, so I didn't know what to expect! The website was easy to use, the hoodie arrived on time and I was very pleased with the quality of the product - including the material and print! Unfortunately, I once it arrived was when I realised that I had made a spelling error with the name I had personalised. I contacted the customer service via email if this issue could be resolved, and gave them the details - within two days I had received my new hoodie and was thrilled that I was able to give it as a birthday gift on time! It was a very hassle free process, and I will definitely be ordering from this company again! Thank you Donna for the excellent customer service!

So happy with it!

I got a jumper for my boyfriend, a sexy jumper if you know what I mean. I got the idea from tiktok. Got it for his birthday and was nervous about the print. Was amazed by the quality, only this was it runned a bit small, a medium for a tallish skinny man it's a bit short on the sleeves but it's perfect for lounging in at home but any other out door design I'd maybe get a size bigger depends on your measurements. I didn't measure I went with his usual size so that might be my mistake so next time I will. Over all, perfect service and fast delivery no issues. Very happy first customer

White shows colours perfectly

I bought it in Ash colour originally but the reds looked like orange and the orange looked like a faded orange, as did some of the other colours. One that was a deep purple/blue colour showed as light purple but on the white hoodie, all the colours were the same as what I'd designed. As always, they have been more than helpful in resolving the issue I had and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
